Recorded — nothing on this page is live

Breathing is unavailable until a still session is recorded and passes its gate. The hub never measures stillness on its own. Nothing here starts until you press Start still session, and it stops when you press Stop. There is no schedule and no automatic trigger.

Reading this strip

Each bar is the loudest link in that bin, as a multiple of its own quiet level. It is the feature layer — what the links measured, before the reconstruction, the activity threshold and the tracker had their say — so a bar here is not a claim that anybody was home.

A hatched column is a bin the store has nothing for: the hub was not writing then. An amber tick along the top is a motion event the hub recorded.

The hub pushes its buffers to disk about once a minute, so the newest minute or two is usually short or missing here. That is the writer, not a gap in the sensing.

Export gives you the raw frames of a window as a .kymo capture. Point a hub at it with KYMOMAP_MODE=replay and the same walk runs again against whatever code you are working on.
